Apartment Cookbook #9: Sandwiches!

The Apartamento Cookbook series is an annual recipe book launched in 2016 by the Spanish interior design magazine Apartamento. The ninth edition in this annual series celebrates sandwiches. It features 16 delicious and varied recipes, including hot and fresh options, open-faced and closed sandwiches, richly flavoured and vegetarian versions, hearty BBQ-style sandwiches, and nostalgic sweet and ice cream treats.

From white bread made mainly with wheat flour to the finest rye bread, we are fascinated to discover how chefs from a wide range of countries and culinary backgrounds have gone above and beyond to add even more flavour to this simple dish.

20% of the proceeds from this book will be donated to American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA), an NGO that supports refugees and neglected communities in Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan.
